kendo 心得 六

footwork:

身体重心不能过多放在右脚,否则导致前进困难,这是我现在一个严重的问题。身体重心在站立的时候要大概落在两脚中间的位置,这样更加利于左脚发力推动身体前进。

 

两膝不能弯曲,但是也不能过于挺直以至于锁住。避免左膝弯曲的一个关键就是左脚跟不要离地太高。

(don’t bend your knees while moving forward or backward. keep it straight but not too much to be locked. don’t over raise your heel because it will make your knees bend. about one inch should be enough )

 

swing:

keep in mind the power comes from the left hand. remember both left hand and right hand don’t use power from thumb and index finger. and always have the V shape that’s constructed by thumb and index finger.
